Hello all, my name Is Omar, I am the founding director of E.N.D.S CIC company No. 12883016
(Education Network Development Scheme CIC) and one of the fundraisers for this project.
Thank you for visiting.
Throughout work positions in my life I have been victimised and also attacked, it set me back and also left a permanent scar.
Due to the trauma I was out of work for many years and decided to change my profession and started working with young adults aged 16-21.
I worked with them for a year and as an ex-resident of a similar unit I thought I could make a difference to the paths they chose but due to health reasons I had to leave before I could make a lasting impact.
During this period I became more aware that our young people were facing a huge uphill struggle in obtaining jobs and training so I started the planning of E.N.D.S CIC.
I battled with my anxieties/depression but E.N.D.S CIC and my two beautiful daughters kept my mind in the right place.
I am appealing to my local community and also the wider public to help us build a place for our disadvantaged young people to learn a free education as we did before them.
These young people are our future leaders in all fields.
Let us be the first to establish a fairer academic working environment for all walks of life.
